The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.”

“My second stay over the last three months, meaning that this resort is worthy of a second visit. It’s the serenity that draws me back, together with the locals you meet walking up the street. Do yourself a favour and try this slice of paradise.”

“The Summit Hotel was much livelier, and to be fair, we were only there for one night to visit family nearby. The location is very convenient — right across from the mall — and I wish we had more time to explore the mall and the restaurants. The room was a disappointment, but to be fair, I don’t have anything to compare it to as an American tourist. I tried to take a shower, but the water was very cold. I think you need to be patient and let it warm up. There was almost no water pressure — just...

“Service is great, nice clean rooms but parking is not good.”

“Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC. ”

“First time there and from the bed to the food to the hospitality was amazing the only issue would be parking because it’s located in downtown but other then that it was perfect by all means would so go there if ever in tacloban again”
